This Content License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date of acceptance by both parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date“), by and between:
GoKannada, a content streaming platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee“),

The Content Owner (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor“), whose identity and other details are captured during the submission process.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to embed, stream, display, and distribute the Content through GoKannada and its associated platforms, including mobile applications.

Additionally, the Licensor confirms that they have willingly agreed to grant rights to stream both their **existing content** and any **upcoming content** they may submit in the future, under the same terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Geographical Area
The Parties agree that the Content may be streamed, replayed, and displayed within the state of Karnataka, across other states in India, and internationally.
5. Exclusivity
The license is non-exclusive. The Licensee may stream and display the original, non-copied Content solely for entertainment purposes. The Licensee agrees not to sell, alter, or use the Content beyond the scope of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights and ownership, including intellectual property rights (IPR), remain with the Licensor. The Licensee acknowledges no transfer of ownership.
9. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for delays due to causes beyond their control, including natural disasters, war, or network failures.

The Licensee may monetize its platform through ads, sponsorships, or subscriptions. The Licensor agrees:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
