This Content License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of acceptance by both parties (“Effective Date”) by and between:

GoKannada, a content streaming platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”),

AND

The Content Owner (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), whose name and details are provided at the time of submission.

Together referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Purpose
The Licensor grants the Licensee permission to display and link YouTube-hosted videos from the Licensor’s channel within the GoKannada OTT application.

2. Scope of Use
The Licensee may embed or link the Licensor’s content using public YouTube video URLs. The videos will be streamed directly from YouTube without any alteration, modification, or local hosting.

3. Geographical Area
The content may be displayed on the GoKannada app in Karnataka, across other Indian states, and worldwide.

4. No Compensation
This license is granted voluntarily. There will be no monetary payment or revenue sharing. The permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

5. Ownership
All rights and ownership of the videos remain solely with the Licensor. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Licensee.

6. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon such termination, the Licensee agrees to remove links to the Licensor’s content within 30 working days.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties acknowledge and accept this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
